SERVICES

MetroEdge Residential Inc. provides property management consulting services, which may include facilities consulting, operational infrastructure planning, vendor coordination services, resource management consulting, business operations support, expansion planning consulting, and equipment sourcing advisory.

The specific services provided to a client will depend on the applicable engagement, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.

PRICING AND FEES

Pricing is determined on a per-project or engagement basis based on the scope, complexity, duration, resources required, and other applicable requirements of the services.

Unless otherwise stated in a written proposal or agreement, pricing is negotiated and agreed upon before services begin. Any additional services or work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee or written authorization.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.

For projects involving multiple stages, MetroEdge Residential Inc. may require milestone-based payments or an upfront deposit before work begins. The client is responsible for all undisputed amounts owed under the applicable agreement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late charges, collection costs, or other remedies permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement.

MetroEdge Residential Inc. may suspend or delay services when an account is materially past due. Any suspension of services does not eliminate the client's obligation to pay amounts already earned or due.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because consulting services involve reserved time, planning, preparation, and work performed specifically for a client, payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable. A client may request cancellation before services are performed, but any refund will be determined according to the applicable agreement and the amount of work already completed or costs already incurred. Deposits or payments allocated to completed work, committed resources, or non-refundable third-party costs may not be refundable.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible. MetroEdge Residential Inc. reserves the right to charge for work performed before cancellation and for approved expenses or commitments incurred on the client's behalf. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
